Through the Higher Education Authority, the Irish Government offers an International Education Scholarship Program. This scholarship is open to 60 aspirants. · University College Dublin (UCD) Global Excellence Scholarship:

The University College Dublin (UCD), founded in 1854, is the largest university in Ireland. There are 8,500+ foreign students studying in this campus. To benefit even more students, UCD launched its Global Excellence Scholarship program.

 

This program is open to new UCD students (except those who are from the International Foundation Year program). Scholarship slots vary according to the region. For example, undergraduate scholarships are available to North Americans, whereas graduate bursaries are reserved for South Asian aspirants.

 

Eligibility Criteria: Select UCD Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.

 

Scholarship Amount: 50% to 100% of the amount of the total education fee.

· Maynooth University Scholarships:

Maynooth University is one of the most well-known universities in Ireland. Its Taught Master's scholarships are provided to 60 students across all disciplines. This scholarship is awarded to highly qualified students who have achieved academic excellence.

 

This university includes 34 academic departments and 3 faculties; first, one is Arts, Celtic Studies and Philosophy; second is Science and Engineering; and Social Sciences is the third one. Eligibility Criteria: A minimum of 2.1 honors undergraduate degree and proficiency in English or Chinese. Graduates or students who are currently pursuing Ph.D. or Master’s programs aren't eligible to apply.

· NUI Galway International Students Scholarships:

The National University of Ireland (NUI) is an Irish research institution. Here, students can take advantage of a variety of undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree programs. Eligibility Criteria: Undergraduate and postgraduate in any of these areas: College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Celtic Studies; College of Business, Public Policy & Law; College of Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences; College of Science and Engineering.

 

Scholarship Amount: From € 1,000 (₹ 80,474) up to 50% education fee.

· The Walsh Scholarship:

The Teagasc Walsh Scholarships Programme was founded in 1993 in honor of Dr. Tom Walsh. It's a postgraduate program that generally offers up to 50 scholarships each year. Most often, these scholarships are offered at Ph.D. positions to graduates for the purpose of undertaking postgraduate research in agriculture, agri-food economics, environmental science, food, horticulture, rural development, and other related areas.

 

Eligibility: An upper second-class honors degree in agricultural science or equivalent discipline and proficiency in the English language.

 

Scholarship Amount: € 24,000 (₹ 19,31,378) per annum.
